Nina is an experienced Breathworker, IFS Coach, Pelvis Health Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Reiki & Ayuroyoga Massage Therapist Each breathwork journey is tailored to you and your intention, and throughout the journey, I will be supporting you with hands-on bodywork, verbal prompts and space-holding using my clinical understanding of the nervous system to ensure you get the most out of your journey, safely. This is a journey where you will feel empowered to explore your inner world and tap into your body's amazing innate ability to let go of old energies, stuck trauma, release emotions and open to new possibilities in your life. In this session, we will first establish a safe container and set the intention for the journey. I will explain the principles of Conscious-Connected Breathing before we begin, and then you will embark on your journey. Upon booking, you can select which service you would like to receive.
